Terms & Conditions
All orders are accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions herein specified, unless otherwise noted by purchaser, within 3 working days of receipt, for standard delivery rush jobs of 1 hour.
Cancellations & Changing Orders
Should the purchaser decide, for any reason, to cancel or change an acknowledged/approved order, the purchaser will be assessed a penalty equal to 100%, contingent upon where the order lies in production.
Terms
Terms of sales are strictly “Net 30 Days” from date on invoice. A 2% discount is strictly 10 days from the date on the invoice. Finance charges at the rate of 2% per month, shall be charged to all accounts that remain unpaid after 30 days. The Buyer shall be responsible for all costs of monetary collections, including applicable attorney fees. Heat and Sensor Technology accepts credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Any account extending 60 days past due will be subject to suspension.
Variation of Shipping
The nature of our manufacturing industry periodically entails unforeseen and unavoidable interruptions of forecasted production schedules. When this occurs, it may be necessary to extend product completion dates. Therefore, we reserve the right to ship as stated below with the exceptions of rushes.

Warranty
Heat and Sensor Technology warrants that at the time of shipment, the products manufactured by Heat and Sensor Technology, and sold here under, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year of shipment.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to change, but in the event we shall not meet delivery date, we will not be held responsible in paying for any shipping expenses. A Seller shall not be liable to a buyer, or any third party, for unexpected or consequential damages due to delays on shipments or delivery of goods, as scheduled by independent external couriers.
Shipments
All collected shipments must be insured by the buyer at the buyer’s risk. Methods and routes of shipments will be at the discretion of the seller unless specified by buyer. If the buyer alters shipping methods, resulting in an increased shipping payment, the new fee will be added to the customer’s invoice. Any shipment that is damaged during shipping is the buyer’s responsibility to report to the responsible courier Ups, or Fed Ex. When couriers receive Heat and Sensor Technology products for shipment, we will not be held responsible for damages due to courier shipping deliver methods and schedules.
Receiving Purchase Orders
All orders that are received before 12:00 pm (Noon) Eastern Standard time, will be processed as received for that day. Orders received after 4 pm Eastern Standard time, will be processed as received the following day. These receipt of order conditions apply to all discount schedules and delivery dates.
