Warranty
Heat and Sensor warrants that at time of shipment, the products manufactured by Heat and Sensor and sold here under will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year of shipment. Heat and Sensor will at its option, either (a) furnish a replacement for but will not install, any product or components thereof which prove to be not in compliance with the aforesaid warranty, or , (b) issue a credit for the purchase price of any product or components thereof which prove to be not in compliance with the aforesaid warranty.
RMAs
If a product manufactured by Heat and Sensor is believed to have defects in materials and/or workmanship, the customer may reach out to our quality control manager (kevint@heatandsensortech.com). An RMA number will be provided and should be used on package labelling when returned to Heat and Sensor for evaluation. It will then be Heat and Sensor’s option to furnish replacement(s), issue credit, or deny warranty, depending on the conclusion of the evaluation procedures.
